Well – the best laid plans, right? The Season Wrap Up dinner location has been changed. It is now at Loveland High School in the cafeteria. This is what makes what we do so much fun – the exciting challenges that come up throughout the season.

What an outstanding season! From tryouts in the fall until wrapping up at Regionals, I have seen guts, determination, elation, and frustration. As we wrap up the 2011-2012 season, I want to thank all the players, parents, and coaches that make it all possible. We truly appreciate all that you do to continually improve and make Colorado North Stars the best it can be.

As our way of saying thank you, we invite you to our Season Wrap Up dinner. It is a time for us to provide the food and drink to you. We get together to review the season, have fun, and say goodbye to players and coaches. We will also provide information for private lessons, summer camps/clinics, and information on next seasons tryouts.

Monthly Clinics with Angela Knopf

Angela Knopf, a CSU Hall-of-Fame player, will be providing our monthly clinics again this season. This will be Angela’s 3rd season with us helping to increase our athletes level of skill. This is a fantastic opportunity we make available for our athletes. Check the calendar for our upcoming clinics. We have our first one this week, Jan. 10th.

Tryouts for the upcoming 2011-2012 season will be held at the Qdoba Events Center – the new home of the Colorado North Stars:

Due to CHSAA regulations and our ongoing commitment to our surrounding high school programs, tryout dates needed to change. Please update your calendars!

Coaching Staff 2011-2012

Colorado North Stars is looking to have 2-3 teams at each age level this season. We will be posting our Black level coaches here on Friday, 8/26/11 as well as on our facebook page.

Fundraiser

Colorado North Stars realizes that this tough economy is challenging. We offering various types of fundraising to our players/families to help raise money for fees.

We have something for everybody:

-Bingo (2 times/week)

-Subway/Qdoba coupons

-Candle sales

-Bus trip to Blackhawk (new this year)
